Booking a villa with us is straightforward. From browsing to arrival, we guide you through every step and are always on hand to help.

Found a villa you love? Complete the enquiry form on the villa page with your preferred dates, number of guests, and any questions you may have. Alternatively, contact us directly via WhatsApp or email — we typically respond within a few hours.
We will review your request and confirm availability. You will receive a detailed booking summary by email, including the total cost, deposit amount, payment schedule, and all villa details. We are happy to answer any questions before you commit.
To secure your villa, a deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is required. Payment is made securely online via our booking system. Once your deposit is received, your dates are held exclusively for you and a booking confirmation is issued.
The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of booking. A payment reminder will be sent automatically in advance of the due date.
A week before your arrival you will receive a full information pack with directions, key collection details, and local tips. Our local manager will meet you at the villa on arrival, walk you through the property, and ensure everything is to your satisfaction.
Common Questions
We can provisionally hold a villa for up to 48 hours while you finalise your plans. After this period, the villa is released back to availability unless a deposit is received.
We accept all major debit and credit cards securely through our online payment system. Bank transfer is also available on request.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation for any reason. The balance is refundable if you cancel more than 8 weeks before arrival.
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing. We will always do our best to accommodate changes, though the original booking terms apply if a suitable alternative cannot be found.
