We believe in complete transparency. Here is exactly what is included in every villa rental, and what is not — so you can plan your holiday with confidence.
Standard Inclusions
All of the following are included in your rental price as standard, with no extras to pay.
Exclusive use of the villa's private pool throughout your stay. Pool is cleaned and maintained weekly.
Fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests. Pool towels are also supplied.
Complimentary high-speed broadband internet access throughout the villa.
All bedrooms and living areas are fully air-conditioned for your comfort during the warm summer months.
Equipped with all essential appliances including oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and full utensil set.
Outdoor barbecue available for your use. Charcoal or gas depending on the villa — details confirmed at booking.
Secure off-road parking for one or more vehicles is available at all our villas.
The villa is professionally cleaned and prepared before your arrival, with fresh linen and towels in place.
For stays of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay clean and linen change is included. Additional cleans can be arranged.

For Clarity
The following are not included in the rental price, though several can be arranged for an additional cost.
Utility costs are included in the rental price for normal usage. Excessive consumption may be charged separately — this is rare and applies only in exceptional cases.
Not included as standard, but we are happy to arrange a private transfer for you at an additional cost. Please ask at the time of booking.
Villas are self-catering. A small welcome pack with basic provisions (tea, coffee, milk, water) is provided on arrival.
Not included, but we can recommend and help arrange local tours, golf tee times, boat trips, and other activities.
Not included. We strongly recommend all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance before travelling.
A refundable security deposit is payable on arrival and returned within 7 days of departure, subject to the villa being left in good order.
